my current observation.

i am pre working women want to confess that my new life was so hectic and challenging! yes it is but! but! aku punya hectic tak macam permanent staff PSCB.Could u imagine by 8 a.m diorang sudah ada di cubical masing2 dan muka sudah berkerut pandang desktop. Breakfast? pergi pantry buat air patah balik cubical sendiri dan menikmati sarapan pagi with the dessert of excel, SPA system and phone calls. Lunch? okay some of them willing to tapau and eat in their cubical. Pulang kerja? of course not exact 5 pm even tho their working hours start at 8 till 5 pm.

Yes i am the part time observer instead of full time internship student, there is no pak cik gatal or abg gatal or any other gedik2 or gatal2 there so far. They are so professional, ok i admit 98% malays conquer PSCB! yes! adakah ini salah satu cara memenuhi perlembagaan malaysia? melindungi hak2 bumiputera? cewah! okay we know that Petronas is one of most vital country's asset. The security was superb! setiap kali mahu in building 'jagung' itu u have to pass the scanning machine. EVERYTIME ok? of course ada banyak pak cik opss salah abg polis yang kacak bergaya dan kakak polis yang cantik jelita will jaga there.

So far Alhamdulillah everything goes well! i'm staying at kg Baru now with Aisha to make my life easier. Before this i have to wake up at 5 am and be at KTM at 630 am to make sure i reach KLCC by 745 am. I dont know to describe how penat i am, and she invited me to stay with her, and now i wake up at 630 am and by 745 am i already reach KLCC. Thank God! 

I've been assigned at Capibility department and dealing with training thingy, yes i admit training is one of my interest in HR function. Sekarang baru tahu how does training is conducted in real workplace. I do administration thingy, key in training tracking and do update training budget! so far, i can conclude PSCB spend about billion of RM to develop their people! See now, big investment get u high return! they produce such a very2 talented and high capability of people! i am so amazed when i can see with my two eye in practicality of way how do HR function work in progress instead of theory that i learned in my class before. 

as statement above, i just came out with 2 weeks observation summary! i dont know what will happened next! i believe banyak lagi dugaan2 yang perlu aku hadap..ouh well as usual redah saja kan..thats life! since i do training, i believe that i can train myself to be better tru 'attend' and solve my problem i faced in a good way. kerna setiap permasalahan perlukan skill untuk menyelesaikannya and every time u solve it will level up ur maturity! Peace.

p/s : OMG this coming 10th Dec! either im gonna be die or i can be the happiest person on earth! we'll see.
